Scale-Up Product
The Nuclera Scale-up kit allows the in-tube protein expression of a specific eGene™ construct (DNA) using E. coli derived Cell-free Protein Synthesis (CFPS) reagents and additives.
The selection of the optimal eGene™ / Cell-Free Blend combination (eRecipe) is determined from the expression and purification screens performed on the eProtein Discovery instrument.
